2012改善大会改善提案征集令

尊敬的各位改善、精益爱好者和制造业的朋友们,

我是改善小子!请允许我代表制慧网改善大会组委会向您问好!圣诞的钟声过后,我们即将告别2011,迎来2012。这意味着,我们将面临更为严峻的挑战:全球制造业业务量的萎缩以及员工忠诚度大幅减弱。今年7月的改善大会已经圆满结束,而我改善小子并没有停歇,我一直在改善道路上持续前行和探索。继在南京、苏州、天津和武汉等地举行的一系列的制慧下午茶活动后,我再一次拉开了2012改善大会的序幕,并且大声喊出"坚持改善,坚持梦想!"的口号,希望您对改善的热情也一直没有停止,积极参与并一如既往地支持改善大会,勇敢争做"改善达人"。

回顾今年7月的改善大会,仿佛一切都像发生在昨天。37家公司的90个改善提案,56个入围案例在舞台上的精彩PK,专业评审员的麻辣点评,获奖选手举起奖杯的那一瞬间至今仍令我为之动容!仍以"公平、公正、公开"为评选原则,改善小子诚挚地向每一位热爱改善文化、崇尚改善创意的您(无论您是否参加过以往的改善大会)发出2012改善大会提案征集令,正式邀请您提交优秀的改善案例来角逐2012年改善大会最佳改善案例奖以及最具人气案例奖。改善小子相信在这个舞台上,有属于您的梦想和荣耀。您所提交的案例可以来自生产制造现场第一线,也可以来自办公室,业务部门甚至供应链。本次改善大会评委团仍由跨国制造型企业总监、总经理以及资深的精益经理担任,他们忠于精益,热爱改善。在自身企业内部,他们积极整合资源,为一线员工搭建展示改善提案、推进精益生产的最佳平台,并且每年亲自评选和指导改善案例。

此次评选自2011年12月正式启动,2012年5月改善大会举行改善案例现场展示,并揭晓获奖企业,共分为三个阶段:

第一阶段:各参选企业提交《改善案例提交表》,以及《改善案例PPT》。(截止日期为2012年3月23日)

第二阶段:评委初审企业提交的案例资料,并挑选出入围现场展示环节的案例。同时网上在线投票选出最具人气候选企业.(2012年3月23日——2012年4月10日)

第三阶段:改善大会召开,各入围企业现场展示其改善案例,评委现场提问并打分选出最佳改善案例,并分一、二、三等奖以及若干优秀奖,现场观众投票产生最具人气改善案例,并在当天举行颁奖仪式。(2012年5月23日)

凡是提交改善案例并入围现场展示环节的企业,均可免费参与制慧网组织的制慧下午茶一次。最终夺得最佳改善案例以及最具人气案例的企业,将获得相应奖状、证书、奖杯以及部分现金奖励。

Kaizen Expo 2012: Call for the Best Kaizen Case

Dear kaizen and lean lovers and manufacturing friends,

I am Kaizen Boy! Please allow me to represent the Organizing Committee of Kaizen Expo of 1mfg.com to welcome you! After hearing the bells on Christmas Day, we will say goodbye to 2011 and head for 2012, which means that we will face more severe challenges: the shrink of global manufacturing volumes and the dramatically weakening of employee loyalty. Though the Kaizen Expo in July 2011 has come to a successful conclusion, I, Kaizen Boy, have not stopped for a rest and have been going forward and exploring successively. After holding a series of networking seminars in Nanjing, Suzhou, Tianjin and Wuhan, I, once again, open Kaizen Expo 2012 and put forward the slogan "Never Stop Kaizen, Never Stop Dreaming!" with the hope of your unceasing passion for kaizen, actively participating in and continually supporting Kaizen Expo and bravely struggling for "Kaizen Talent".

Recalling Kaizen Expo in July 2011, it seems like happened yesterday. What still makes me moved emotionally is 90 kaizen proposals from 37 companies with 56 proposals PK on the stage, the strict comment from the professional judges and the moment when the competitors raised their prizes! Still based on the principle of "Fairness, Impartiality and Openness", Kaizen Boy here sincerely and formally invites you (without considering whether you have participated in Kaizen Expo or not) who love kaizen culture and advocate kaizen innovation to submit excellent kaizen cases to compete for the Best Kaizen Case 2012 and the Most Popular Case 2012. Kaizen Boy believes that there must be dreams and glory belonging to you on this stage. The cases can come from either the manufacturing sites or offices, or business departments, or even supply chains. The judging committee this time is still composed of directors, general managers and senior lean managers from international manufacturing enterprises, who love lean and kaizen a lot. In their own enterprises, they actively integrate resources, provide staff at the production line with the best platform to show kaizen cases and promote lean production, and select out and guide kaizen cases personally each year.

The competiton starts in December 2011 and the kaizen cases will be showed and will award prizes for enterprises in Kaizen Expo in May 2012. The competition includes three stages:

Stage One: Candidates submit the Kaizen Case Form and the Kaizen Case PPT. (Deadline is March 23, 2012)

Stage Two: The judges review the enterprises' case materials and select out the shortlisted cases to show in the Kaizen Expo. Meanwhile, the Most Popular Cases are selected out through online votion. (From March 23, 2012 to April 10, 2012)

Stage Three: Kaizen Expo opens and the shortlisted enterprises show their kaizen cases. The judges on-the-spot question and select out the Best Kaizen Cases awarded the first, second, third prizes and several honorable mentions, and the audiences on-the-spot vote the Most Popular Case, and then the award ceremony will be held. (May 23, 2012)

All enterprises submitted kaizen cases and showed them in Kaizen Expo can participate in Networking Seminar organized by 1mfg.com once for free. All enterprises finally win the Best Kaizen Case or the Most Popular Case will be awarded a prize, a certificate, a trophy and part of cash rewards.
