Toyota has nice supplier support functions in their purchasing department. Toyota taught him the partnership between the customer and the supplier.

He was responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of GMS(Global Manufacturing System). As the Subject Matter Expert of GM Asia Pacific, he has rich experience in shop floor management, process reengineering and system establishment. Mr.Wu joined HUAYU Automotive Systems Co. Ltd. from 2010 and assume a leading position upon lean management.
Wu Wenye, TPM Section Manager

Mr. Wu Wenye joined Suntory Brewing (Kunshan) in 1999 as an operator and became a member of shop floor management team 2 years later. Taking the role as a TPM promotion specialist since 2004, he has gained a lot of real experience by combining TPM theory with practice. With great efforts in improving the original TPM theory based on real practice, Mr. Wu successfully developed an adaptable and useful TPM activity promotion system especially for Chinese enterprises.
