He has been responsible for the plant overall operation of Tetra Pak (Foshan) for 3 years. Tetrapak Foshan has achieved TPM special award from JiPM.

  Huxin Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd (Alcoa, Inc (Shanghai))

  Mr. David has gained over 10 years of managerial experiences related to Plant Information System and Production System in several different global corporations. He used to work as MIS manager, supply planning manager, logistics packaging manager and ABS manager in Alcoa Shanghai. He is now mainly responsible for the promotion and operation of ABS (Alcoa Business System). He used to serve as the trainer of China Excellence Center in Alcoa, taking charge of the training and project promotion in several plants.

  Filippo Mantegazza founded Efeso Consulting in 1979. In about 30 years he has been carrying out hundreds of projects for multinational companies belonging to high competition industrial sectors. He has mainly worked on topics linked to the operations improvement: cost reduction, performance improvement, supply chain reorganisation, process and product development. Filippo Mantegazza is the author of many publications and has also participated in international conferences in Europe and America.

  Mr. Suzuki has 37 years working experience in automotive manufacturing and engineering. He had worked for both Delphi US (Thermal Interior Div) and TRW Japan, which are supplier of Toyota, for 40 years experiences in Manufacturing world, and had learned Toyota Production System for 10 years in Japan and 10 years in US. Toyota has nice supplier support functions in their purchasing department. Toyota taught him the partnership between the customer and the supplier.

  Rong Jun used to be in international companies like Unilever and Philips, as the production and operation manager with precious TPM experience on TPM implementing and continuous improvements of site management. He has been independently responsible for the plant manufacturing and operation of Maleleuca China for many years.

  Mr. James Gao has worked for the well-known multinational manufacturing enterprises such as Honda, Fluke and Danaher, has more than 10 years’ quality improvement and lean manufacturing experiences . He is familiar with the advanced management tools: TQM, Six Sigma, Lean and PM Etc. Currently he has got many MBBs such as VSM, SW, 5S, Pull system, TPI ,VRK, SMED and 3P etc., also has BB for Six Sigma. Mr. Gao is a young professional managers who has achieved promising success in multinational manufacturing corporation and private industry.

  Former Shanghai General Motors Co. Ltd.

  Mr. Wu assumed the position of manufacturing system manager, lean manufacturing manager and etc. in Shanghai GM. He was responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of GMS(Global Manufacturing System). As the Subject Matter Expert of GM Asia Pacific, he has rich experience in shop floor management, process reengineering and system establishment. Mr.Wu joined HUAYU Automotive Systems Co. Ltd. from 2010 and assume a leading position upon lean management.

  Wu Wenye, TPM Section Manager

  Suntory Brewing (Kunshan) Co., Ltd

  Mr. Wu Wenye joined Suntory Brewing (Kunshan) in 1999 as an operator and became a member of shop floor management team 2 years later. Taking the role as a TPM promotion specialist since 2004, he has gained a lot of real experience by combining TPM theory with practice. With great efforts in improving the original TPM theory based on real practice, Mr. Wu successfully developed an adaptable and useful TPM activity promotion system especially for Chinese enterprises.
